What We Need

Corpay is currently looking to hire a Senior Product Manager. This position falls under our Corpay Cross-Border Solutions line of business located in Toronto. In this role, you will drive the strategy, roadmap, delivery, go-to-market execution, adoption, and ongoing optimization of customer-facing capabilities across Corpay's global payments and FX platform, with an initial focus on stablecoin-enabled capabilities. You will report directly to Product Managment Lead and regularly collaborate with Product, Engineering, Commercial, Operations, Design, Marketing, Digital Growth, Sales, Customer Success, and external stakeholders.

Role Responsibilities

  • Owning the product roadmap for stablecoin-enabled initiatives while aligning priorities with company objectives, customer needs, and market opportunities.
  • Prioritizing product features based on business value, return on investment, customer impact, technical feasibility, and implementation effort.
  • Establishing a shared product vision across Product, Engineering, Commercial, and Operations teams.
  • Translating strategic business goals into actionable product initiatives and delivery plans.
  • Partnering with commercial and business stakeholders to understanding customer pain points, operational challenges, and market demands.
  • Conducting product discovery through customer interviews, stakeholder workshops, user feedback, analytics, and market research.
  • Serving as the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Building strong stakeholder relationships to driving alignment, collaboration, and product adoption.
  • Leading backlog prioritization, sprint planning, refinement, and release planning activities within Agile development teams.
  • Writing and managing epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.
  • Driving clarity around scope, priorities, dependencies, risks, and trade-offs throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Ensuring delivered solutions are meeting business objectives and quality expectations.
  • Performing competitive analysis and industry research to identifying emerging trends, capabilities, and opportunities within the payments ecosystem.
  • Evaluating market opportunities and developing business cases supporting strategic investments.
  • Partnering with stakeholders to validating concepts, assessing feasibility, and defining minimum viable product (MVP) approaches.
  • Leading cross-functional product launches in partnership with Operations, Marketing, Digital Growth, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
  • Defining success metrics, KPIs, and adoption targets for product initiatives.
  • Monitoring post-launch product performance, customer adoption, and business outcomes.
  • Establishing corrective action plans and optimization strategies when adoption targets or business outcomes are not achieved.
  • Communicating product strategy, priorities, and outcomes effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Influencing decision-making across cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
     

Qualifications & Skills

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience within B2B Payments, FinTech, Corporate Payments, or related financial technology environments.
  • Strong experience managing customer-facing digital products with a focus on usability and workflow efficiency.
  • Understanding of stablecoins and emerging payment infrastructure, including domestic and cross-border payment workflows; direct product experience is considered an asset.
  • Experience partnering closely with UX/UI designers, commercial stakeholders, and engineering teams to delivering customer-centric solutions.
  • Proven ability to prioritizing competing initiatives based on ROI, customer value, business impact, risk, and engineering effort.
  • Experience leading Agile product development teams using Scrum methodology.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to leveraging data and metrics to support decision-making.
  • Experience conducting product discovery, customer research, journey mapping, and competitive analysis.
  • Proven ability to launching products and measuring success through KPIs, adoption metrics, and operational outcomes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicating effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using Jira, Confluence, Figma, and analytics tools preferred.

Pay Transparency

The expected salary range for this position is CAD $141,000 – $176,000, based on the candidate's work location. This range reflects a good faith estimate of the expected compensation for this role at the time of posting. The final offer will be determined based on job-related factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable market conditions. Compensation may vary based on geographic location and will be confirmed during the hiring process. Additional compensation and benefits, including incentive programs, health coverage, retirement plans, paid time off, and other benefits (where applicable), may also be provided.
