North America is a lighthouse market for Unilever globally, giving this role a unique platform to help prove, scale, and shape solutions that can influence the wider enterprise. You will partner across business and technology teams, translate complex needs into practical delivery, and help create smarter, faster, and more connected ways of working — while building the experience, relationships, and commercial understanding needed to grow as a digital leader.
JOB PURPOSE
Provide the highest level of executive, administrative and organizational support to the SVP & Chief Digital and Information Officer, North America Digital & Technology in a fast-paced, globally connected environment. This position manages a complex, multi-time-zone calendar, domestic and international travel, expense reporting, and end-to-end meeting coordination and preparation for the executive.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
• Manage day-to-day schedules and conflicts so the executive can complete their obligations in an organized, efficient way.
• Handle highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment.
• Effectively interface with employees as well as Senior Executives inside and outside the company.
• Proactively manage a complex calendar across multiple global time zones, based on business priorities, current projects, and team needs.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings including, but not limited to, leadership team meetings, off-site meetings, townhalls, one-on-one meetings, etc.
• Oversee the detailed coordination and booking of domestic and international travel and all travel-related itineraries.
• Manage expense reporting and reconciliation.
• Assist with food orders, luncheon planning, and planning of other business-related meetings as requested.
• Other administrative and project duties as requested.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Proven experience supporting senior/C-suite executives in a fast-paced environment.
• Agile, organized, proactive problem-solver who shows great attention to detail.
• Results oriented with a can-do mindset.
• Adaptable in managing evolving priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, growing environment.
• Demonstrated leadership skills within a process-oriented, team environment.
• Strong relationship management skills; ability to build a personal network throughout the company.
• High level of discretion in handling confidential information.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Professional, cordial, courteous.
• Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• BS or BA, or equivalent years of experience in a related field.
The pay range for this position is 71,000.00 - 106,600.00 USD . Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
