Accountabilities:
- Develop and execute annual and quarterly media strategies, including budget allocation, forecasting, and channel investment planning to optimize performance and scalability.
- Lead campaign structure, audience development, bidding strategies, and optimization approaches to maximize CPA, ROAS, and overall efficiency.
- Drive continuous campaign optimization through structured testing frameworks covering creative, audiences, placements, and platform-specific tactics.
- Partner closely with creative teams to build testing roadmaps that improve ad performance and accelerate learning cycles.
- Leverage first-party data, conversion signals, and attribution frameworks to improve targeting precision and campaign effectiveness.
- Identify opportunities to scale paid media investment while maintaining strong unit economics and performance efficiency.
- Establish scalable operating processes, reporting frameworks, and best practices across Paid Social functions.
- Manage and mentor internal teams and external agency partners to ensure strong execution and performance accountability.
- Proven track record managing and scaling seven-figure monthly Paid Social budgets with a strong focus on direct response and measurable business outcomes.
- At least 3+ years of experience leading teams and managing agency relationships in a high-performance environment.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen, including experience with forecasting, budget pacing, and performance tracking against business KPIs.
- Deep understanding of paid social attribution models, conversion APIs, first-party data strategies, and measurement frameworks.
- Strong creative testing mindset, with experience collaborating closely with creative teams to improve performance outcomes.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
- Demonstrated ability to operate in fast-paced, high-growth environments while managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience in financial services, fintech, or other regulated industries is a strong plus.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of mentoring, developing, and scaling high-performing teams.

Own and lead the end-to-end strategy, execution, and performance of Paid Social and adjacent performance media channels, including Meta, TikTok, native advertising, and AppLovin, ensuring alignment with customer acquisition and growth objectives.
Requirements:
10+ years of experience in Paid Social or performance marketing, with deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager and strong exposure to TikTok and other social platforms.
