We also offer systematic alpha and alternative strategies to complement clients' core holdings.This role is part of Parametric's hybrid working model, which includes working in the office 3 days a week and choosing to work remotely or in the office the remaining days of the week.ABOUT TEAMThe Business Process Improvement and Organizational Programs team partners with Business, Operations, Technology, Architecture and Risk to ensure change is informed by a shared understanding of business processes, ownership, governance and impacts. We strive to make business change visible, traceable, and decision-ready; create practical artefacts that improve change outcomes, clarify ownership, expose dependencies and provide a clear line of sight from business intent through to solution delivery.ABOUT THE ROLEThe organization is executing multiple strategic initiatives across technology modernization, regulatory change, operating model evolution, and global growth. This role establishes and applies enterprise discipline across complex, cross-functional initiatives, ensuring that business processes are explicitly understood, operating model implications are identified early, and decisions are supported by structured analysis.Beyond supporting initiatives, you'll help define and embed our enterprise process & operating model framework, establishing standards, reusable artefacts and consistent ways of working across the organization.
