Accountabilities:
- Drive sales growth for software products and services through prospecting, lead generation, cold outreach, and account penetration.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including discovery, solution presentation, negotiation, and closing.
- Conduct external sales meetings and visits with golf course partners and prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with golf course operators, decision-makers, and multi-location business partners.
- Prepare customized proposals and presentations aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
- Maintain accurate sales activity records, customer information, and pipeline updates within CRM systems.
- Generate and analyze sales reports, revenue performance, and activity metrics for regional leadership.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and improve sales strategies.
- Implement marketing initiatives designed to increase partner bookings, product adoption, and revenue.
- Develop deep expertise in the local golf economy, including market trends, competitors, key stakeholders, and customer behaviors.
- Collaborate with regional teams to improve key performance indicators, including customer acquisition, market penetration, product usage, and golfer engagement.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant sales, business development, or account management experience.
- Proven experience in outside sales, consultative selling, and relationship management.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or similar tools.
- Strong computer literacy and confidence working with online platforms and digital tools.
- Business-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with online distribution platforms, digital sales, or marketing technology is considered an advantage.
- Experience developing sales strategies or market expansion initiatives is a plus.
- College degree preferred.
- Fluent in both French and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with bilingual clients and U.S.-based teams.
- Ability to travel regularly and work occasional overtime or weekends when required.
- Must reside in Quebec or be willing to relocate to the assigned market.
