Occupational Therapist at Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital. This position is Part time (0.6 and 0.8 FTE Available), Day shifts. We have opportunities available in Acute Rehab or Inpatient setting.

The practice of occupational therapy shall include assessment, treatment planning, and implementation, education, communication and demonstration of leadership to address the needs of patients and their families as well as to foster a positive working relationship among professionals and ancillary staff. Position requires general supervision.

Required Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited occupational therapy school.
- Upon hire: California Occupational Therapist License
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 years Occupational Therapy.
- 1 year rehabilitation experience.
