We have an amazing team of 25,200 people in 32 countries.Job DescriptionYou will sit within Strategic Partnerships and identifying high-impact partnership opportunities while managing the execution of key initiatives across cloud, clean room, and AI ecosystems.You will serve as the program lead for strategic partnerships, ensuring initiatives progress from concept through delivery. This includes managing partner engagement (e.g., InfoSum, Databricks, Snowflake), coordinating cross-functional teams, and maintaining accountability for outcomes.This is a senior individual contributor role requiring a high degree of ownership, structured execution, and the ability to operate effectively in a matrixed organization. This is a remote role, reporting to the Vice President Partnerships. ResponsibilitiesPartnership DevelopmentIdentify, evaluate, and prioritize strategic partners across cloud, data collaboration, and AI ecosystemsOptimize time-to-valueBuild and manage a pipeline of partnership opportunities aligned to company prioritiesDevelop informed perspectives on ecosystem trends and strategic positioningEstablish and maintain working relationships with key partnersSupport advancement of opportunities in coordination with senior team membersProgram Ownership & ExecutionAct as program owner for strategic initiatives across partnerships and platform integrationsLead weekly partner and internal working sessions and maintain a consistent execution cadenceDefine and manage:Objectives and success criteriaTimelines, milestones, and deliverablesRoles, ownership, and accountabilityDrive initiatives through full lifecycle (with leadership guidance):concept → alignment → execution → deliveryTrack progress, manage dependencies, and escalate risks as neededEnsure initiatives move forward and reach completionThis role is connected to delivery outcomes, not coordination aloneCross-Functional CoordinationPartner with product, engineering, legal, sales, and marketing teamsWork with leadership to align stakeholders across a matrixed organization with competing prioritiesTranslate partnership opportunities into executable internal plansEnsure initiatives are commercially viable, technically feasible, and operationally scalableEcosystem & Strategic InputMonitor developments across cloud, AI, and data ecosystemsIdentify gaps and opportunities to inform partnership strategyContribute to development of repeatable processes for sourcing and executing partnershipsQualifications6+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, program management, consulting, or related rolesExperience working with cloud platforms, data ecosystems, or AI technologiesExperience managing complex, cross-functional programsComfortable operating within a large organization while maintaining a practical, hands-on approach (start-up mindset)Additional InformationBenefits/Perks:Our uniqueness is that we celebrate yours.
