Associates must at all times safeguard and protect the patient’s right to privacy by ensuring that only authorized individuals have access to the patient’s medical information and that all releases of information are in compliance with the request, authorization, company policy and HIPAA regulations.Position HighlightsThis is a Hybrid role in Dallas, TXFull Time: Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Release Of Information ProcessingLogging and fulfilling all request types for multiple different sites and EMRsAbility working in a high-volume environment.Processing medical record requests such as: Insurance requests, DDS Requests, Workers Comp Request, Subpoenas Documenting information in multiple platforms using two computer monitors.
