YOU WILL GAIN
- Support Technical Support Engineers in investigating and troubleshooting customer-reported issues.
- Focus on diagnosing issues related to customers' infrastructure and environments.
- Apply knowledge of operating systems, networking, servers, virtualization, and system administration to identify environment-related problems.
- Validate customer configurations and assist in troubleshooting infrastructure and application issues affecting the enterprise SaaS platform.
- Collaborate with the Support team to accelerate issue resolution and improve customer outcomes.
- Gain hands-on experience supporting enterprise customers in a technical environment.
- Develop advanced troubleshooting, analytical, and customer communication skills.
- Learn how world-class Technical Support teams collaborate to resolve complex technical issues.
- Gain exposure to a modern, multi-technology enterprise SaaS platform and its support processes.
