Picture yourself helping guests look and feel their very best. When you join our Hotels team, that’s exactly what you’ll do every time you come to work! You will provide a variety of professional hair and styling services to hotel guests, including haircuts, styling, blow-drying, and hair treatments. You will consult with guests to understand their preferences and recommend styles and treatments tailored to their individual needs, ensuring every guest leaves feeling confident, refreshed, and satisfied. As a Stylist, you’re not just creating great hairstyles – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:
- Delight our guests: Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns to ensure an exceptional styling experience
- Deliver professional styling services: Perform haircuts, styling, blow-drying, hair treatments, according to guest preferences, standards, and established quality procedures.
- Maintain a spotless environment: Ensure treatment spaces, tools, and equipment are consistently clean and sanitized in compliance with regulatory and guest service standards
- Manage supplies and inventory: Monitor inventory of treatment products and tools, ensuring adequate stock and proper storage
- Ensure accurate documentation: Complete and maintain required records in compliance with federal, state, local, and company regulations
- Support daily spa operations: Assist with general spa duties as needed to ensure seamless service
- Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all spa treatments are performed according to health and safety standards, including sanitization and hygiene protocols. Stays up to date with the latest wellness and spa treatment trends to ensure the spa maintains a competitive edge.

In addition, this role requires the following minimum qualifications:
- Certification in Hairdressing, Cosmetology, Beauty Therapy, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Previous experience as a stylist, preferably in a luxury or hotel setting.
- Ability to recommend suitable hairstyles, treatments, and retail products based on guests’ needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-focused approach.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
