Role responsibilities
As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will design and build AI agents, focusing on orchestration, sub-agent architecture, and tool integration. You will also own eval-driven development and collaborate with product designers and frontend engineers to deliver conversational experiences.
Requirements
Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in backend or full-stack software development, with strong skills in major programming languages and experience with LLMs in production systems. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred, along with a strong understanding of prompt engineering and API design.
