Ensures invoices comply with company policies, purchase orders, and approval requirements. Investigates and resolves invoice-related queries by collaborating with vendors, business stakeholders, and internal teams, while maintaining high service quality and meeting SLA targets. **Required technical and professional expertise** * Process and validate supplier invoices. * Match invoices to purchase orders and receipts. * Resolve invoice discrepancies and exceptions. * Manage vendor and stakeholder queries. * Ensure compliance with PTP procedures and controls. * Support month-end activities and reporting as required. **Preferred technical and professional experience** * Proficiency in Turkish at B2/C1 level * Intermediate English proficiency at B2 level * Basic knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (PTP) processes or willingness to learn * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Good analytical and problem-solving skills * Quick learner with a proactive attitude * Ability to work effectively in a team environment * Attention to detail and accuracy IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
