Job Description:
The successful candidate will join the New Build Pod within RESL Automation, part of the Colleague Enablement ART. Working in an Agile environment, the team develops and maintains business solutions that drive process simplification, operational excellence, and colleague enablement across RESL.
- They will be supporting existing production tools used across Operations & Delivery, while also working with business partners and our delivery teams on the creation of new process improvement tools.
- The PITT Crew is a passionate team of technically savvy subject matter experts that reside under Operations Performance & Modernization, CPB Operations. We support the ideation, development, deployment and governance of new tools, processes and workflows that support our production teams.
- We embrace Agile methodologies, allowing us to deploy new tools quickly and efficiently that exceeds the expectation of our business partners.
Job Requirements
- Mandatory Requirement Minimum 5+ years working with Html/CSS and JavaScript coding with the ability to code high quality output independently.
- Mandatory Requirement Strong coding practices with adherence to standard naming conventions and exhaustive DEV testing of code before review.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are an asset.
- Advanced knowledge of Visual Basic, MS Access, and MS Excel.
- Knowledgeable in using built-in browser dev tools to understand web site API methods.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL and experience working with SQL Databases.
- Experience working in an Agile operating model using JIRA/Confluence would be beneficial.
- Ability to own and drive assigned projects to meet timelines and produce quality deployments.
- Support product owner by providing support/coach junior developer in addition to managing own accountabilities.
