We are looking for motivated professionals with strong skills in software testing and good communication skills who will play a key role in verifying and validating the next-generation technology solutions that change how users connect, explore, and interact with information and devices.  Success in this position requires the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment, strong motivation for pursuing project objectives and the ability to learn new techniques and development processes. We are looking for candidates who are able to see the bigger picture; strength in a system-level viewpoint is a must.  Problem solvers who are excited about learning new technologies, coding scripts, and designing infrastructure in an automation-first environment will excel in this environment."    "• Helps assist in defining test strategy, develops detailed test plans, specifications, test cases, and test data sets that validate functional, performance, and load test requirements and update existing test procedures based on requirement changes and test analysis.• Contribute to defining end‑to‑end test approaches for the Power system controls products firmware, and integration testing activities• Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated system test suites using Python‑based frameworks such as Robot Framework or PyTest.skillsets in Python, C# required.• Support the setup, maintenance, and enhancement of test infrastructure, including simulators, communication interfaces, and hardware test rigs• Designs and implements robust, scalable, high quality Test Automation Suites within a Continuous Integration and Deployment environment to improve quality and productivity of functional, regression, and system tests. • Analyze test results, and identify, document, and report root causes for test failures by working with the development team and the defect tracking system.• Maintain traceability between requirements, test cases, results, and defect closure.• Participate in validating official customer releases and take responsibility for assigned deliverables.• Propose practical enhancements to test methods, infrastructure, and automation workflows.• Participates in project-wide reviews of requirements, system architecture, and detailed design documents; interacts with Management, Architects, and other Leads in a one-to-one or one-to-many meeting format• Identifies opportunities for process, tools, and test methodology improvements, and drives those from concept to implementation.• Generate ideas and innovative solutions which will provide competitive edge to business products.• Ability to drive QA test automation with a team of engineers both locally and remote.• Contribute to team’s technical growth by engaging in technical discussion.• Search for technologies which would improve product performance, reduce development time or reduce cost.• Communicates technical concepts and information to internal staff/peers and stakeholders; strong verbal, documentation, and interpersonal communication skills required.• Accelerate the QA output by use of AI"    Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in engineering in Electronics/Electrical5 to 8 years Experience in Software development & Test or Test tool development with proven track record of validating...
