As a Materials, Planning & SIOP Analyst, you'll play an important role in supporting our Aftermarket business by helping ensure the right materials are available at the right time to meet customer demand.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone in Supply Chain, Operations, or Business Analytics who enjoys solving problems, working with data, and collaborating across multiple functions. You'll support material planning, inventory management, demand planning, and Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) activities while gaining exposure to the end-to-end supply chain that supports customers around the globe.
Working alongside experienced planners and business leaders, you'll help analyze demand trends, monitor inventory performance, improve planning processes, and support data-driven decisions that keep our operations running efficiently.
What You Will Do
Support material planning activities to ensure timely availability of inventory for customer and production requirements.
Analyze demand, inventory, backlog, and supply data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Assist with forecasting, demand planning, and Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) processes.
Monitor inventory levels and planning parameters while helping maintain optimal inventory performance.
Generate and analyze reports to support business decisions, planning activities, and operational performance.
Partner with Materials, Operations, Procurement, Customer Service, Finance, and Program teams to resolve supply chain issues.
Support the management of purchase recommendations, material shortages, and inventory health.
Help identify process improvements that increase planning efficiency, inventory accuracy, and customer service.
Participate in monthly planning reviews and support preparation of SIOP metrics and presentations.
Maintain accurate planning data within ERP and supply chain systems.
Assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions for material availability and delivery challenges.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the Aftermarket Supply Chain organization.
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a University Degree and less than 2 years prior relevant experience
Relevant experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operations, or Planning (can be through an internship or co-op).
Qualifications We Prefer
Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI.
Familiarity with demand planning, inventory management, forecasting, or production planning concepts.
Knowledge of SIOP, MRP, or supply chain planning processes.
Experience working with large data sets and performing trend analysis.
Continuous improvement experience or exposure to Lean principles.

The salary range for this role is 57,200 USD - 108,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
