Base pay range $86,091.00/yr - $118,310.00/yr Meta is seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Partner to support Directors in the Meta leadership team. The person in this role will need to be a masterful problem-solver and an organizational force given complex calendaring and heavy travel planning. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, and will be resourceful in building relationships across the larger Meta ecosystem. This position is full-time.Executive Administrative Partner Responsibilities:Coordinate internal and external meetingsManage complex calendar set-up and movementPrepare expense reports and purchase requisitionsCoordinate both domestic and international travel arrangementsOrganize space planning, strategic offsite events and team all-hands meetingsBuild cross-functional relationships between departmentsPartner closely with team lead adminsCommunicate key organizational and company updates to admins and cross-functional partnersGeneral office duties as neededMinimum Qualifications:4+ years of relevant experience providing administrative support to 1 or more executives4+ years of relevant calendar management and expense report management experience for 1 or more executivesExperience with Microsoft Office and Google SuiteExperience prioritizing multiple projects4+ years of relevant experience coordinating travel logistics on behalf of 1 or more executivesPreferred Qualifications:Experience organizing offsite events and team building activitiesExperience supporting cross-regional teamsExperience ensuring confidentiality and discretion in all partnershipsExperience multitasking and changing direction...
