    • Design integrations with external platforms such as project management, observability, customer support, and enterprise service systems.
    • Develop data access solutions that allow customers to consume platform data through modern analytics technologies and cloud data warehouses.
    • Build and maintain APIs and data delivery capabilities, including observability data outputs.
    • Define operational readiness standards and ensure reliability across SaaS, dedicated, and self-managed deployments.
    • Translate complex product challenges into practical technical strategies, architecture proposals, and iterative delivery plans.
    • Collaborate with backend, AI, infrastructure, product, and design teams to remove blockers and accelerate execution.
    • Mentor engineers through technical guidance, architecture discussions, design reviews, pairing sessions, and code reviews.
    • Drive engineering excellence by promoting scalable, maintainable, and high-quality software development practices.
    • Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced fullstack engineer with strong technical leadership skills and a track record of building complex products across engineering and product teams. You should be comfortable operating in ambiguous environments, making architectural decisions, and communicating technical solutions clearly across distributed teams.

      • Proven experience owning and delivering product or platform systems at a staff engineering level across multiple teams.
      • Strong fullstack development experience with proficiency in Go, Ruby, and Node.js.
      • Deep expertise in at least one area such as reporting platforms, data systems, graph technologies, or warehouse integrations including Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery.
      • Hands-on experience building production-grade data ingestion pipelines, system integrations, or data access platforms.
      • Experience designing and operating multi-tenant systems across SaaS and self-managed environments.
      • Strong technical judgment with the ability to make trade-offs, create clarity, and move early-stage initiatives forward.
      • Excellent written communication skills, including experience creating architecture documents and technical proposals.
      • Ability to collaborate effectively across product, engineering, and platform teams in an asynchronous environment.
      • A proactive mindset with the ability to adapt skills from adjacent areas such as platform engineering, data engineering, or product development.
      • Benefits:

        • Fully remote position with location-based flexibility.
        • Flexible paid time off to support work-life balance.
        • Equity compensation and employee stock purchase opportunities.
        • Growth and development support to help advance your career.
        • Parental leave benefits.
        • Access to team member resource groups and an inclusive global community.
        • Opportunity to work on impactful technology used by millions of users worldwide.
