Accountabilities
- Participate in required onboarding, training, calibration sessions, and ongoing quality activities to ensure alignment with clinical trial standards.
- Review case materials, assessment data, and relevant documentation to prepare for discussions with clinical raters.
- Evaluate the quality and consistency of psychiatric assessments, ensuring standardized administration and scoring practices are followed.
- Conduct live discussions with raters to provide methodological guidance, feedback, and support on assessment techniques.
- Perform functional assessments, including mock interviews and rater evaluations, when required.
- Complete assigned reviews, rater interactions, and documentation tasks accurately and within established timelines.
- Support the creation and improvement of communication materials, guidance documents, and clinical assessment resources.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy, professionalism, and confidentiality when handling clinical trial information.
- Master’s degree (MA/MS) in Psychology, Counseling, Psychiatric Nursing, Social Work, or an equivalent field required; MD, DO, or PhD qualifications are preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience administering psychiatric assessments, rating scales, and/or structured clinical interviews.
- Experience with EQ-5D-5L (Interviewer administered and Proxy 1 version), mRS, or similar clinical assessment tools.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience working with psychiatric populations.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience administering clinical scales within clinical research trials, excluding graduate or doctoral research projects.
- Experience supporting Central Nervous System (CNS) clinical trials is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to provide clear guidance to clinical professionals.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluent English communication skills and native-level Spanish proficiency are required.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
