Client Executive – Telecoms, Media & Technology Sector
The team you'll be working with:
We are looking for a commercially focused Client Executive to drive growth across Media and Technology industry clients through a balanced partner-led and NTT-led sales approach.
Sitting within NTT’s Telecoms, Media and Technology business, this role is responsible for growing existing accounts, supporting new logo activity, and building pipeline across Media & Technology clients. The Client Executive will develop propositions that combine NTT’s own services and expertise with partner-enabled solutions to create compelling client offers and deliver profitable growth.
This role is well suited to a sales professional with experience in IT services, consulting, managed services, or systems integration, and a strong track record of working with both clients and alliance partners to create and convert opportunities.
What you'll be doing:
What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive revenue growth across assigned Media and Technology accounts through a mix of NTT-led and partner-led sales
- Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, alliance partners, and internal teams
- Develop account plans, generate pipeline, and progress opportunities through to close
- Shape propositions that combine NTT services and expertise with relevant partner capabilities
- Support new logo activity by leveraging both NTT’s market position and partner relationships
- Work with sales, solutions, delivery, and partner teams to develop compelling client offers
- Support commercial discussions and help ensure opportunities are deliverable and profitable
What experience you'll bring:
- Experience in a client-facing sales, business development, or account management role within IT services, consulting, or managed services
- Strong understanding of both partner-led sales and direct proposition selling
- Ability to build senior client and partner relationships and convert these into revenue opportunities
- Experience managing pipeline, shaping solutions, and supporting commercial growth
- Good understanding of the Media and Technology industry sectors
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- A collaborative and proactive approach in a fast-moving, matrix environment
Preferred Experience
- Experience in the Media and Technology sectors preferred
- Experience selling managed services, consulting, systems integration, or outsourcing services
- Experience working with strategic technology partners on joint opportunities
- Around 12+ years’ experience in a client-facing commercial role
