The ideal candidate will be friendly, reliable, and passionate about providing excellent guest service while maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming market area. Candidates should have the ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Previous cash handling, food & beverage, or retail experience is preferred.

As a Marketplace Attendant, you’re not just providing service in our grab-and-go shop – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

  • Delight our guests: Greet guests upon arrival and provide friendly and efficient service to enhance their experience
  • Prepare snacks and beverages: Make specialty coffee drinks, warm food items, and assist with the preparation and presentation of pastries and other pre-made food options
  • Manage store inventory: Replenish and organize market shelves, rotate merchandise, and ensure the display is neat, well-stocked, and visually appealing
  • Drive retail sales: Highlight promotions and provide product recommendations to enhance the guest experience and maximize profitability
  • Process transactions with care: Accurately total and handle guest payments using the point-of-sale system; manage cash transactions, process credit and debit cards, issue change, and redeem gift certificates/cards
  • Maintain a clean and inviting space: Keep the market area, service counters, and equipment clean and tidy
