Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary liaison with an MDG technical lead to support delivery on MDG enhancements within the cPLM program including future orchestration tool.
• Lead the development and implementation of the MDG solution to support the cPLM transformation, ensuring smooth integration with SAP PLM, future orchestration tool, and MDG.
• Ensure material master data is consistently defined, governed, and integrated across cPLM program.
• Collaborate with business and program stakeholders to gather requirements, define material data standards, and ensure high data quality across the cPLM landscape.
• Provide technical leadership to ensure successful MDG delivery, aligned with cPLM objectives and future-state architecture.
• Design and configure SAP MDG solutions to enable seamless data integration and support end-to-end PLM and orchestration processes.
• Support Data Migration Mock load for cPLM pilot and future deployments. 
• Work closely with partner teams and vendors to ensure alignment and integration across all cPLM deployments.
• Act as a subject matter expert in MDG, advising on best practices for data governance and system integration.
• Own the MDG solution architecture within the cPLM context, combining best practices with innovative solutions to enhance integration and performance.
• Identify and mitigate data and integration risks to ensure stability and compliance across the cPLM ecosystem including future orchestration.
• Continuously assess and improve the MDG solution, including leading proof-of-concepts (POCs) to validate integration approaches and enhancements.
• Build and lead a high-performing third party team, to support cPLM delivery.

Key Requirements:

• Skillset has to be Technical - developer level  past experience/current level of SAP
• Past history of delivering MDG at a technical level
• Communication levels very high, confidence to lead the conversation and to be followed. 

Job Specifications/Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business or similar
• Experience in Data Management initiatives (including relevant collaboration experience) spanning multiple domains in a complex multi-national corporate environment.
• Strong understanding of technically how data and data processes impacts business processes / operations, corresponding KPIs and business performance.
• Demonstrated Leadership skills with technical third party team.
• Effective communication skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English, any additional language is an advantage.

Multi-cultural awareness including adaptability / flexibility.
