Owning the majority of our marketing budget, you will break down traditional silos to maximize business growth. 🎯 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage €20M+ Budget: Oversee and optimize Fotocasa’s annual media investment across Brand and Performance channels.
- Drive Brandformance: Evolve our integrated media mix to blend long-term brand equity with short-term growth (traffic, app downloads, leads, and revenue).
- Data-Driven Optimization: Challenge existing investment models using MMM, incrementality testing, attribution frameworks, and GA4/AppsFlyer data.
- Lead Key Relationships: Manage media agencies, broadcasters, and tech partners (Google, Meta, TikTok) to unlock top-tier innovation and value.
- Cross-Functional Impact: Partner with Product, Analytics, Finance, and Leadership to align media goals with overall business priorities.
- 10+ Years of Media Leadership: Proven track record managing large-scale budgets across TV, video, paid social, search, and programmatic ecosystems.
- App Growth & Quality Acquisition: Deep expertise in scaling app acquisition and engagement, focusing on high-intent audiences and conversion quality over raw volume.
- Measurement Mastery: Strong hands-on understanding of market intelligence and effectiveness tools (e.g., Kantar, Nielsen, Similarweb, Data.ai).
- Commercial Mindset: Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to challenge external agencies and internal teams.
