The System Offices is one of several system members within the Texas A&M University System representing one of the largest systems of higher education in the nation, with a network of 12 universities, a comprehensive health science center, eight state agencies, Texas A&M – Fort Worth and the Texas A&M - RELLIS Campus. Salary:

$3,657.34- $4,833.33 per month commensurate with experience.

Job Description Summary:

Under general direction, the Project Manager for Research Security manages project activities across broad research security functions, including export control and sanctions, controlled unclassified information, and undue foreign influence. The Project Manager for Research

Security develops, implements, and tracks timelines and deliverables, providing periodic evaluations and reports to senior system research security leadership.


Responsibilities:
- Manages project portfolios in line with business strategies and in accordance with project management standards. Periodically conducts meetings with stakeholders to schedule and coordinate project activities.

- Coordinates project resources in conjunction with resource holders and other project managers.

- Manages project quality control and assurance.

- Other duties as assigned.


Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree inapplicable field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Three years of related experience.


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Effective problem solver.

- Ability to multi-task and work collaboratively with others.

- Demonstrated experience in a complex, system-level organization.
