Role responsibilities
The Field Technician will be responsible for the maintenance and operation of utility-scale PV power plants, including monitoring operations, troubleshooting, and supervising contractors. They will also ensure compliance with safety protocols and perform various maintenance tasks.
Requirements
Candidates should have 3 years of direct experience as a PV solar technician or 6 years in a non-solar electrical maintenance role, along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. A valid U.S. driver's license and the ability to comply with safety standards are also required.
