Accountabilities:
- Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines integrating data from multiple internal and external systems
- Own and evolve data warehouse architecture, including data modeling, partitioning strategies, access control, and security practices
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Data Science, Product, Finance, and Revenue Operations to define and track key business KPIs
- Ensure high standards of data quality, governance, consistency, and documentation across all datasets and pipelines
- Manage and maintain billing and financial data infrastructure, including warehouse tables and data models
- Build and support dashboards and analytics solutions that provide actionable insights for leadership and business teams
- Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to ensure compliance, scalability, and system reliability
- Provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, and support knowledge sharing across engineering teams
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering or analytics engineering roles in fast-paced environments
- Strong proficiency in Python and advanced SQL for data transformation and pipeline development
- Hands-on experience with modern data stack tools such as BigQuery, dbt, Fivetran, and Airflow
- Experience integrating data from platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Amplitude, or similar GTM tools
- Strong understanding of data warehouse design, modeling, and optimization techniques
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP
- Familiarity with containerization and deployment tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience building dashboards using tools like Sigma, Looker, or Tableau
- Strong understanding of data governance, security, and handling sensitive or regulated data
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with executive and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments
