Director, Product & Solutions Marketing -Autonomous IT & AI-Native Workflows Full-timeEmployee Type: RegularRegion: AMS - North America and CanadaWork Persona: Flexible or RemoteCompany DescriptionIt all started when engineer Fred Luddy wrote code that automated a tedious task for his coworker, Phyllis. She cried tears of joy. That moment inspired Fred to build a company that could do that for everyone—freeing people from busywork so they could focus on meaningful work. Today, ServiceNow is the AI control tower for business reinvention. Our ServiceNow AI platform brings together any AI, any data, and any workflow— helping 85% of the Fortune 500® work smarter, faster, and better. We're building an AI-native culture where technology and talent are unstoppable together. And we're just getting started.Join us to put AI to work for people. Job DescriptionIT is being rewritten in real time, and ServiceNow is leading it. We're looking for a product marketing leader to own the story that ties our AI-native IT portfolio together — how Autonomous Service Operations, Autonomous IT, and the products underneath them add up to one market-defining category, not a list of features. Reporting to the Sr. Director, Product & Solutions Marketing, Technology Workflows, this is a portfolio-level role, not a product-line one. Product-line PMMs on ITSM, ITOM, and the rest of the Technology Workflows team already own positioning, messaging, and GTM execution for their own products. Your job is to define how those stories connect: the category narrative, the AI-native thesis, and the through-line that makes ServiceNow's Autonomous IT vision bigger than the sum of its products. You're a product marketer at your core — sharp on positioning, messaging, and GTM — but you operate at the altitude of a CMO. You think across business units, not within one, and you can turn a fragmented set of product stories into a single, credible narrative that CIOs and CTOs actually believe. This role has no direct authority over the product-line teams whose stories it connects, so your currency is the quality of your thinking and the relationships you build with your PSM peers. What you get to do in this role Define the portfolio-level narrative and go-to-market strategy for Autonomous IT — the story that connects ITSM, ITOM, and emerging AI-native solutions into one coherent category, while product-line PMMs own execution within their own areas. Own the AI-native category play: positioning, thought leadership, and the flagship narrative that puts Autonomous IT on the map with customers, analysts, and the industry. Shape connective GTM across the portfolio — integrated campaigns, a unified analyst and press narrative, and a flagship story that fellow PSM leaders build their own programs around. Take the stage as ServiceNow's voice on Autonomous IT with customers, analysts, and press — the person who can explain where the category is headed and why ServiceNow is positioned to lead it. Build trusted relationships with CIOs, CTOs, and IT leaders at the companies buying into this vision, and translate what they care about back into the portfolio story. Partner with global marketing, product management, sales, solution consulting, and the partner ecosystem — not to run their programs, but to make sure they all add up to one story. Cultivate a portfolio-wide library of customer proof points spanning industries and use cases that make the Autonomous IT thesis concrete instead of aspirational. Build and grow a team of product and solutions marketers who can execute at this altitude alongside you. QualificationsTo be successful in this role you have:10+ years in product marketing, product management, or marketing leadership, including experience owning positioning and GTM across multiple products or a portfolio — not just a single product line. Direct experience in IT operations, ITSM, ITOM, security, or...
