PM, Project/Program Management, Enterprise Portfolio Management Office

We are seeking a highly capable business systems, change and implementation focused professional to support enterprise transformation initiatives across business and Project Management domains. This role requires a well-rounded professional with experience in Project Management, Business Systems Implementation, Data and Artificial Intelligence (AI).

The successful candidate will work cross-functionally to support strategic initiatives, deliver technology-enabled business solutions, and support organizational adoption of change.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support delivery of projects and transformation initiatives, assisting with planning, tracking progress, and coordinating activities across teams

  • Assist with project management activities, including maintaining project plans, tracking timelines, risks, and dependencies, and preparing status updates

  • Support implementation of enterprise systems and tools, working with technical teams to gather requirements and assist with testing, deployment, and documentation

  • Contribute to business analysis activities, including gathering requirements, documenting processes, and supporting analysis of current vs. future state workflows

  • Assist with change management and adoption efforts, helping develop training materials, communications, and supporting stakeholder engagement activities

  • Support AI and data-driven initiatives, identifying opportunities for improvement, assisting with integration into workflows, and helping translate solutions for business users

Qualifications & Experience

Required

  • 3–5+ years of experience in project management, or business transformation roles

  • Proven experience in enterprise systems implementations

  • Strong background in business analysis and requirements management

  • Experience with organizational change management initiatives

  • Demonstrated exposure to AI or advanced analytics use cases in business environments

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
