Job Description
As a Security Officer Front Desk Coordinator in El Segundo, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Front Desk Security Officer in a commercial real estate location, you will be the welcoming first point of contact, helping to monitor access, assist visitors, and support daily security-related operations. This role blends strong customer service with clear communication and professionalism in a dynamic environment. - Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and front desk responsibilities in a commercial real estate location.
- Monitor lobby and reception activity, greet arriving guests, verify visitor information, and support sign-in processes in accordance with property guidelines.
- Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with building management and/or emergency personnel when appropriate.
- Answer phones, support badge and key control processes, and document security-related events, visitor activity, and/or requested assistance in required logs or systems.
- Help to deter unauthorized access by maintaining awareness of entry points, observing front desk activity, and reporting concerns related to property rules or security-related procedures.
Minimum Requirements:
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- A guard card and/or license is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
