You’ll be a key contributor to how we deliver quality, leading by example and communicating effectively across disciplines to raise the bar for engineering standards. You’ll join our dynamic and growing Product Engineering team at Storyblok, playing an instrumental role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our flagship CMS platform. This platform empowers businesses to create and deliver seamless digital content experiences. In this role, you’ll work closely with product owners, designers, and developers to design and maintain clean, scalable automated tests, develop thorough test plans, perform rigorous testing, and continuously refine QA strategies to maintain best-in-class software quality. Your work will directly contribute to delivering an exceptional user experience by ensuring flawless performance across every facet of our application. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Own projects end-to-end with clarity, technical excellence, and accountability, ensuring high-quality standards across teams. Champion quality and coding standards, promoting engineering excellence, and driving continuous improvement. Design, implement, and maintain efficient and reliable automated tests across frontend and backend using Playwright and TypeScript. Think strategically about test automation; collaborate with developers to ensure balanced test coverage within the testing pyramid. Contribute to and evolve the overall testing strategy, improving QA processes and metrics. Prepare and review test plans to validate both functional and non-functional requirements. Perform manual and exploratory testing; document, track, and verify defects to ensure product excellence.
