Base pay range $199,000.00/yr - $272,000.00/yr Meta's Technical Program Management (TPM) community drives the execution of some of the company's most complex and consequential technical programs. Specialist TPMs operate at the highest level of the TPM discipline, functioning as subject matter experts who shape technical strategy, define portfolio-level program structures, and partner directly with organizational leaders to bring clarity to deeply ambiguous problems. In this role, you will own end-to-end delivery of portfolio-defining programs, establish effective and scalable program practices, and serve as a recognized thought leader across engineering and cross-functional organizations. You will translate long-term technical strategy into structured execution plans, anticipate systemic risks before they materialize, and drive alignment across directors and leaders to move critical initiatives forward at scale.Technical Program Manager- Core Ads Growth Responsibilities:Partner with organizational leaders to define and drive technical strategy, program vision, and multi-year roadmaps for portfolio-defining initiatives spanning multiple engineering organizationsEstablish effective and scalable program structures for highly complex, cross-organizational programs, including defining success metrics, managing dependencies, and driving long-term efficiency improvementsIdentify and proactively resolve systemic technical risks and opportunities across the program portfolio, anticipating issues before they impact delivery and instituting structural changes to prevent recurrenceTranslate ambiguous...
