HR Project CoordinatorFull-timeJob DescriptionIn this Project Management role, you will support Workforce Optimization & Blueprint management charter under the Rising Dragon program, by coordinating and enabling initiatives that enhance headcount management, organizational effectiveness, and operational efficiency across the APAC region.You will work closely with PMO, HRBPs, Finance, and business leaders to streamline workforce planning processes, ensure data accuracy and compliance, and support the execution of key workforce transformation initiatives. This role plays a critical part in driving a more agile, productive, and high-performing organization through structured project coordination, tracking, and governance.ResponsibilitiesSupport development and finalization of Resource blueprint & position management process Coordinate implementation of position management processes, including governance and compliance Maintain and track workforce plans, ensuring accurate reporting and forecasting of FTE and personnel costs Support development and tracking of workforce metrics via reporting tools Enhance Organizational Effectiveness Conduct performance analysis at regional level, ensure performance management plan is built, updated and executed as per commitment.Support bi-annual talent review cycles and ensure data readiness Assist in organization structure reviews and job profiling initiatives Improve Organizational Efficiency Track and analyze and report-out on organizational efficiency metrics including but not limited to span & layers, revenue/cost per FTE, attritionSupport initiatives on cost management & workforce optimization/ productivity to drive efficiencyProject Coordination & PMO Support Track project milestones, timelines, and deliverables across workstreams Prepare reports, dashboards, and updates for stakeholders and leadership Ensure alignment across HR, Finance, and business stakeholders Support governance processes and ensure compliance with project standards and timelinesQualifications· Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field· English proficiency is a must (coordinating across APAC countries)· 3–6 years of experience in HR operations, HR project management, or PMO roles· Experience supporting workforce planning, headcount management, or organizational design initiatives is preferred· Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret workforce data and metrics· Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI); AI proficiency is a plus· Strong project coordination skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines· Understanding of HR processes including performance management and talent reviews· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills· High attention to detail and strong governance/compliance mindset· Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment across multiple marketsAdditional InformationOur BenefitsFlexible working environmentVolunteer time offLinkedIn LearningEmployee-Assistance-Program (EAP)NIQ may utilize artificial intelligence (AI) tools at various stages of the recruitment process, including résumé screening, candidate assessments, interview scheduling, job matching, communication support, and certain administrative tasks that help streamline workflows.
