We are looking for a Kindergarten English Teacher for a K-12 school in Beijing. This position is available from the upcoming 2026-27 school year starting in August 2026.

Located in Beijing, this K–12 school offers education across primary, middle and high school divisions. The school focuses on small-class teaching, whole-child development, and a 12-year curriculum system that combines Chinese educational foundations with an international outlook. Job responsibilities

  • Teach English to kindergarten students from K2 to K5 and ensure an engaging and supportive learning experience
  • Serve as a homeroom teacher and help create a positive, safe, and well-managed classroom environment
  • Prepare lessons, teaching materials, class activities, and age-appropriate assessments
  • Work closely with the teaching assistant and other teachers to support students’ academic, social, and language development
  • Monitor and assess students’ progress and provide feedback to students, parents, and school leadership when required
  • Take part in school activities, events, meetings, and other teaching-related responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or above
  • TESOL, TEFL, or CELTA certificate preferred, with at least 120 hours
  • Previous kindergarten or early years teaching experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills and a patient, caring approach to young learners
  • Ability to work well as part of a teaching team
