Accountabilities:

    • Support the preparation and consolidation of annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and multi-year financial plans.
    • Develop and maintain financial models related to revenue, gross margins, indirect rates, and scenario analysis to support strategic decision-making.
    • Prepare monthly operational reporting packages, variance analyses, and key performance indicators to provide actionable business insights.
    • Analyze project profitability, indirect expenses, and financial performance trends to support monthly close activities.
    • Maintain and validate business development pipeline data to ensure accurate forecasting inputs.
    • Partner with finance, accounting, operations, and commercial teams to align financial objectives with business strategies.
    • Assist with internal and external audits, regulatory reporting, and indirect rate submissions by preparing supporting documentation and schedules.
    • Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to enhancing financial planning tools, reporting capabilities, and decision-support processes.
    • Requirements

      • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
      • Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in financial planning, corporate finance, accounting, or related analytical functions within organizations exceeding $100M in revenue.
      • Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, financial ratios, and business performance metrics.
      • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with financial planning systems such as Adaptive, OneStream, or similar platforms.
      • Experience building complex financial models and conducting scenario and sensitivity analyses.
      • Familiarity with federal government contracting environments and regulations such as FAR, DFARS, and CAS is highly desirable.
      • Professional certifications such as CPA or CFA are considered an asset.
      • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
      • Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and capability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
      • Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
