Accountabilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Dynamics 365 Field Service implementations, including configuration, customization, integrations, and enhancements
- Collaborate with architects to define solution roadmaps aligned with client industry needs and operational goals
- Conduct client workshops, demos, and requirement-gathering sessions to shape solution design
- Oversee functional and technical build activities while ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, and quality standards
- Support data migration, system integration, and deployment readiness activities
- Develop documentation including design specifications, process flows, and user guides
- Provide post-deployment support and ensure smooth system adoption and stabilization
- Manage risks, dependencies, and project updates across internal and client teams
- Travel to client sites as needed to support delivery and implementation phases
- 4+ full lifecycle implementations of Dynamics 365 Field Service solutions
- 4+ years of consulting experience in CRM or enterprise solution delivery
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related CRM versions
- Experience with Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages)
- Familiarity with data migration and system integration tools and approaches
- Strong understanding of Field Service, Sales, or Customer Service modules (preferred)
- Ability to lead business process design and translate requirements into technical solutions
- Excellent communication, client management, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong documentation, organization, and prioritization capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Ability to travel up to 50% (domestic and occasionally international)
- US Citizen or Green Card holder required
