Accountabilities:
- Administer and maintain the Salesforce Sales Cloud platform, ensuring system stability, usability, and alignment with business needs.
- Design, build, and optimize automations using Salesforce Flow and other declarative tools to streamline business processes.
- Manage users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and overall security configuration to ensure proper access control and compliance.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for business stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Perform data management tasks including imports, cleansing, deduplication, and ongoing data quality monitoring.
- Troubleshoot system issues, provide end-user support, and collaborate with teams to resolve platform-related challenges.
- Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement scalable Salesforce solutions, while supporting releases, testing, and change management.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator certification is required.
- 4–6 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud configuration and optimization.
- Proven experience building and maintaining automations using Salesforce Flow and related declarative tools.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce security model, including roles, profiles, permissions, and data access structures.
- Experience creating and managing reports, dashboards, validation rules, custom objects, page layouts, and record types.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and system integrity.
- Professional proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
