About the Role
This role exists to define how Aspora shows up in the world. We're building a new category: modern diaspora banking for people on the move. Someone has to turn complex financial products into narratives that land. That is this role.
You'll own positioning and messaging across our products and corridors. You'll sit with product and growth in Bangalore, close to where decisions get made. You'll shape launches, sharpen our category story, and turn customer insight into differentiated messaging. This is a high-ownership IC role for someone who thinks in narratives and backs them with data.

What You’ll Own
Define positioning and messaging frameworks for Aspora's products across global diaspora corridors
Own go-to-market strategy for launches across the UK, UAE, US, Canada and beyond
Shape the category narrative that sets Aspora apart in modern diaspora banking
Drive customer and competitor insight through research, user interviews and market analysis
Partner with product and growth to influence the roadmap
Lead messaging consistency across every customer touchpoint, from acquisition to retention
What We’re Looking For
4+ years in product marketing ideally at an early-stage startup in fintech or a regulated product
Strong writer and storyteller
Fluent in GTM planning, feature launches and building messaging hierarchies
Analytical and insight-driven
You read product nuance and user psychology to find the "why it matters"
First-principles thinker — you question the default before adopting it
Bonus Points
Fintech or financial services experience
