Senior Specialist, Fund/Client Accounting

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Specialist, Fund/Client Accounting to join our Central Expenses team. This role is located in Wroclaw, Poland.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Support routine expense-related activities for funds, including invoice processing and reporting
• Assist in preparing fund expense budgets and gather necessary data for analysis.
• Monitor payment status for clients.
• Prepare comparisons of budgeted expenses versus actual expenses.
• Identify discrepancies and resolve issues

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fund accounting, expense management, or financial operations within the asset management industry. 
• Strong understanding of fund structures, expense ratio reporting, and regulatory requirements. 
• Proficiency in AI, MS Office and financial software applications. 
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Analytical Thinking – Ability to interpret financial data and identify discrepancies.
• Communication – Clear and professional communication with team members and clients. 
• Initiative – Proactively identifies opportunities for process improvements.
• Collaboration – Works effectively with the team and contributes to team goals.
