In this role, you'll troubleshoot electrical and control systems, maintain automated machinery, and work with PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and industrial automation equipment to keep production running efficiently.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, working with modern manufacturing equipment, and expanding their experience with industrial automation technologies.What You'll DoTroubleshoot and repair PLC-controlled production equipment and automated machinery.Diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues to minimize equipment downtime.Program, modify, and troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and industrial control systems.Install, wire, and commission new automation equipment, motors, sensors, control panels, and instrumentation.Read and interpret electrical schematics, ladder logic, wiring diagrams, and control drawings.Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on automated manufacturing equipment.Troubleshoot servo systems, motion control equipment, industrial networks, and electrical control circuits.Calibrate sensors, transmitters, instrumentation, and process control devices.Assist with equipment upgrades, automation improvements, and continuous improvement initiatives.Maintain accurate maintenance documentation while following Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and all electrical safety procedures.What We're Looking For3+ years of industrial maintenance, electrical maintenance, controls, or automation experience in a manufacturing environment.Experience troubleshooting PLC-controlled equipment.Experience with Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron, or similar PLC platforms.Experience working with HMIs, VFDs, servo drives, motion control, and automated manufacturing equipment.Strong understanding of industrial electrical systems including 24VDC, 120VAC, and 480VAC.Ability to read electrical schematics, ladder logic, wiring diagrams, and troubleshoot electrical control panels.Experience with sensors, instrumentation, encoders, motors, relays, contactors, and control devices.Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills involving hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, gearboxes, and automated production equipment.Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.Preferred ExperienceExperience with any of the following is a plus:Allen-Bradley...
