As a Transaction Specialist II in Operations, you will be part of the Remediation team, which supports accurate, timely transaction processing by resolving items that can’t process straight through. Remediation reviews items that fail system validations and repairs rejected MICR line details (e.g., amount, serial number, routing number, and account number). Centralized Transaction Operations (CTO) provides global operational support for retail, commercial, treasury, Asset and Wealth Management, and credit card customers (approximately 4,900 employees), and within CTO, Payment Services supports payment processing across all JPMorgan Chase lines of business, including check posting, capture, and clearing, and cash movement through the network (approximately 600 employees).
