Accountabilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Partner Development Managers across the US, ensuring high performance, strong execution discipline, and consistent achievement of revenue targets. You will build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Own the US sales strategy and execution, translating quarterly and annual revenue goals into actionable plans that drive pipeline creation, deal progression, and partner-led growth.
- Build and expand strategic channel partnerships, including resellers and master agents, while ensuring effective partner enablement and long-term commercial success.
- Oversee pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM accuracy to ensure reliable visibility into revenue performance and data-driven decision-making.
- Define and track key sales KPIs, identifying performance gaps and implementing improvements to increase efficiency, conversion rates, and overall sales effectiveness.
- Develop regional and partner business plans that support sustainable revenue growth and align with broader company objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Finance, and HR to ensure alignment on go-to-market execution and commercial priorities.
- Proven experience leading and scaling high-performing B2B SaaS or technology sales teams, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in complex environments.
- Strong strategic and commercial acumen, with the ability to translate business goals into structured sales plans, forecasts, and measurable outcomes.
- Demonstrated expertise in partner-led or channel sales models, including experience managing resellers, agents, or indirect sales ecosystems.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and team development skills, with a history of hiring, mentoring, and retaining top-performing sales talent.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across both internal teams and external partners.
- Highly analytical and data-driven, with experience managing KPIs, CRM systems, forecasting accuracy, and pipeline performance.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments while balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution.
- Competitive total compensation ranging from $180,000 to $225,000 USD, including base salary and performance-based commissions.
