Job Summary: 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Support Specialist with hands-on experience in FullBay or Trinium and QuickBooks Online (QBO). The ideal candidate will assist with day-to-day accounting tasks, focusing on billing, invoicing, and financial record-keeping to support smooth operations. This role requires accuracy, efficiency, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner.

  • Manage billing operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and client requirements.

  • Record and reconcile financial transactions using FullBay or Trinium and QuickBooks Online (QBO).

  • Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on outstanding invoices, and assist with collections.

  • Maintain organized financial records and documentation.

  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies or client inquiries.

  • Assist with generating reports and financial data analysis as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred but not required).

  • Proven experience with FullBay or Trinium and QuickBooks Online (QBO).

  • 1–3 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or accounts support roles.

  • Strong understanding of billing, invoicing, and accounts receivable processes.

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.

  • Good communication skills for client and team interactions.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in automotive, trucking, or fleet management industries (a plus).

  • Familiarity with other accounting or ERP systems.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
