Accountabilities:

    • Lead consultative, product-focused sales conversations with mortgage lenders by understanding their verification processes, operational needs, and business challenges.
    • Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, solution design, technical evaluations, negotiations, and contract closing.
    • Build and maintain a strong pipeline through outbound efforts, inbound opportunities, and relationship-based selling.
    • Partner with product and technical teams to scope integrations, pilots, and implementation strategies that match customer requirements.
    • Navigate complex enterprise buying processes involving operations, compliance, technology, and executive stakeholders.
    • Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts by uncovering additional use cases and workflows.
    • Provide customer insights and market feedback to internal teams to improve product positioning and future development.
    • Requirements:

      • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with demonstrated success selling to mortgage lenders or within the mortgage technology ecosystem.
      • Strong understanding of mortgage origination workflows and how verification solutions support lending operations.
      • Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor by combining sales expertise with strong product and industry knowledge.
      • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles from initial engagement through close.
      • Comfort discussing technical concepts, integrations, APIs, and technology evaluations with business and technical buyers.
      • Ability to quickly learn products, technical documentation, and operational processes to communicate value effectively.
      • Excellent discovery, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
      • Consistent track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
      • Experience in mortgage technology, fintech, verification solutions, or high-growth environments is a plus.
      • Familiarity with VOIE/VOA/VOE processes, GSE programs, and mortgage platforms such as POS and LOS systems is preferred.
