AIRPORT DISPATCHER

Pay: $17.34-$17.34/ hourly The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.  We are looking for a reliable and Dispatcher part of the parking operations in assisting Shift Managers in the day-to-day operations. They are, in some cases, the only voice our customers may hear. Listed below are some of the duties and responsibilities.

Floater Shift: (Must be flexible and available to work various shifts)

Graveyard: Wednesday to Sunday: 10pm-630am

•    Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns

•    The ability to handle multiple tasks at one time in a fast-paced environment.

•    Answer the telephone, assist customers and employees over the intercom at all locations.

•    Complete daily shift log, keep an accurate record of events and issues for the entire shift.

•    Verify LPI’s and reductions.

•    Generate various reports, control gate arms and signs throughout parking facility.

•    Log and track any Mavis problems and perform Employee transponder duties.

•    Issue zip passes to airport employees.

•    De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support

•    All other duties may be assigned from time to time.

• Qualifications – Education & Experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1 years’ experience in customer service industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel.
