Read more: careers.bms.com/working-with-us.Position Summary:The Senior Director, PDS (Product Development & Supply) Business System & Capabilities, will lead the design, deployment, governance, and continuous evolution of COMPASS as the PDS Business & Production System. This leader will serve as an executive-facing thought partner to PDS leadership team, site leaders, functional leaders, and transformation partners to translate strategy into a scalable operating system that improves quality, service, cost, productivity, supply reliability, and colleague engagement.The role will lead the COMPASS Site Implementation and Capability team and establish the standards, maturity model, deployment roadmap, governance cadence, and capability-building approach required to embed COMPASS as how PDS works. The Senior Director will ensure COMPASS is not deployed as a set of disconnected tools, but as an integrated, digitally enabled management system that connects strategy deployment, tier management, leader standard work, visual management, value stream management, problem solving, continuous improvement, and high-performing teams.This role will initially support priority deployment choices across Manati, Devens, and broader PDS sites/functions, while building the repeatable model required for network scale-up. The leader will be accountable for stakeholder enrollment, change management, value realization, capability development, and sustained adoption across a complex, matrixed, multi-site organization.Key Responsibilities:Business System Strategy & OwnershipLead the enterprise design, governance, deployment, and continuous evolution of COMPASS as the PDS Business & Production System across sites and functions.Define the multi-year COMPASS strategy, deployment roadmap, operating model, maturity model, standards, playbooks, stage gates, and scale-up approach.Ensure COMPASS operates as an integrated management system that connects strategy deployment, tier management, leader standard work, visual management, KPI management, value stream performance, problem solving, and continuous improvement.Executive Partnership &...
