Job Summary

We are seeking a high-performing Media Buyer who specializes in Meta Ads to drive measurable growth and scale our digital presence. This role is built for a strategic thinker who thrives on data-driven decision-making and creative testing. You will be responsible for managing significant budgets, optimizing full-funnel campaigns, and ensuring every dollar spent translates into profitable results. Key Responsibilities

  • Design, launch, and manage sophisticated ad campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
  • Monitor daily performance metrics and proactively adjust bidding, budgets, and targeting to hit ROAS/CPA targets.
  • Conduct continuous A/B testing of ad copy, creative assets, and landing pages to identify winning formulas.
  • Analyze campaign data to uncover actionable insights and provide detailed reporting on performance trends.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to brief high-converting visual assets based on performance data.
  • Stay ahead of platform changes, algorithm updates, and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of managing and scaling profitable Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Deep technical understanding of the Meta Ads Manager, including Pixel setup, Conversion API, and Attribution models.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into strategy.
  • Excellent copywriting skills tailored for high-conversion social media advertising.
  • Proficiency in audience research and advanced segmentation techniques.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with additional paid social platforms (TikTok, Pinterest, or YouTube).
  • Previous experience in an agency environment or high-growth e-commerce brand.
  • Familiarity with creative strategy and basic video editing for ad hooks.
  • Knowledge of third-party tracking and attribution tools (e.g., Triple Whale, Northbeam).
