About the role
Develop calculation engine to promote the sales of Carrier products
Key Responsibilities:
As a Sr. Calculation Engineer, you’ll be responsible for:
- Provide heat transfer and thermodynamics expertise in the development of next generation high efficiency and environmentally friendly HVAC/R systems
- Develop and lead detailed project plans.
- Lead air-conditioning and refrigeration component/system modeling tasks including model requirement development, model test plan creation and model verification & validation.
- Propose new projects with necessary supporting material
Requirements
As a minimum you must have:
- Programming experience in Python, C++, Fortran or related languages.
- Engineering experience in design or application of HVAC/R or Power plant equipment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
