Accountabilities:

    • Lead the implementation and evolution of Order-to-Cash (OTC/SD) processes in SAP S/4HANA, with focus on national operations and distribution centers.
    • Analyze end-to-end sales and distribution processes to identify synergies, improvements, and opportunities for standardization across business units.
    • Translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions, prioritizing standard functionalities and system sustainability.
    • Act as a key integrator between squads, business areas, and external vendors to ensure alignment and consistency across implementations.
    • Support technical and functional discussions with suppliers, including specification, testing, and validation of enhancements.
    • Ensure post go-live stability by defining processes that support continuous operations and issue resolution.
    • Perform root cause analysis and collaborate with technical teams to resolve structural system issues and implement continuous improvements.
    • Requirements:

      • Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP projects, with strong focus on Order-to-Cash (OTC/SD), sales, and billing processes.
      • Solid experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations and SAP Activate methodology.
      • Proven experience leading technical and functional teams in complex, cross-functional environments.
      • Strong ability to design solutions based on SAP standard functionalities (clean core approach).
      • Knowledge of agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.
      • Experience working with stakeholders across business and IT teams in large-scale environments.
      • Knowledge of SAP BTP, integration scenarios, and extensibility (differential).
      • Understanding of MM (Materials Management) and EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) processes is a plus.
      • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
