Accountabilities:
- Monitor intra-day routing performance across channels, identify trends, and recommend real-time strategic adjustments.
- Develop and maintain a strategic routing roadmap, including initiative prioritization, planning, and execution.
- Build data-driven business cases and communicate strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders.
- Partner with product, engineering, sales, and analytics teams to design and implement routing strategies.
- Analyze performance dashboards, track key metrics, and deliver regular reporting on business KPIs.
- Evaluate lead quality and contribute to strategies that optimize the relationship between performance and cost.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, analytical frameworks, reporting tools, and operational workflows.
- Make informed decisions in ambiguous and fast-changing environments using available data and business insights.
- Manage multiple priorities and projects while maintaining a focus on business impact and continuous optimization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Operations, Finance, or a related field required.
- Advanced degree such as an MBA, MS Analytics, MS Finance, or equivalent is preferred.
- 2–3 years of experience in analytics, strategy, operations, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using dashboards, KPI reporting, and conducting ad hoc analysis.
- Ability to communicate data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to executive audiences.
- Experience with strategic planning, performance analysis, and process improvement initiatives.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize competing objectives.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams while also operating independently.
- Comfortable managing ambiguity, challenging existing processes, and making sound decisions.
- Experience in sales, customer operations, or call center environments is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong storytelling abilities.
- Competitive annual salary range of $115,000–$120,000 USD, depending on location, experience, skills, and qualifications.
