Accountabilities:

    As a SAP Sales and Distribution Consultant, you will provide functional support and continuous improvement for SAP SD processes, ensuring operational efficiency and reliable business solutions. You will collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to resolve issues, optimize workflows, and support regional operations. Key responsibilities include:

    • Providing second- and third-level SAP SD support through AMS activities, including incident analysis, root cause analysis (RCA), and ticket resolution.
    • Implementing small improvements and change requests within Order-to-Cash processes, including sales orders, deliveries, and billing flows.
    • Investigating and resolving integration issues between SAP SD and Salesforce, CRM platforms, middleware, and APIs.
    • Supporting troubleshooting activities related to electronic invoicing integrations, including NF-e, NFS-e, and CT-e processes.
    • Configuring and adjusting tax determination processes and SD Tax Procedures, including requirements related to consumption tax reforms.
    • Performing functional ABAP debugging using tools such as BAdIs, User Exits, and program includes to support root cause analysis.
    • Acting as a liaison between business areas and technical teams, translating requirements into effective SAP solutions.
    • Supporting billing and SAP SD operations across Latin American countries, including Peru, Mexico, and Argentina.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate will have solid SAP SD functional experience, strong business process knowledge, and the ability to work across technical and operational environments. Success in this role requires analytical thinking, communication skills, and experience supporting SAP solutions in complex organizations. Required qualifications and skills include:

      • Strong experience configuring SAP SD processes, including customer and material master data, pricing procedures, condition techniques, tax determination, deliveries, and billing.
      • Experience with SAP S/4HANA, including native SD Sales processes and knowledge of differences compared to SAP ECC.
      • Ability to understand customized processes, integrations, and end-to-end business flows.
      • Experience with SAP SD integrations, especially SAP SD with Salesforce in Order-to-Cash processes.
      • Experience troubleshooting integrations between SAP, external CRM systems, and middleware/API layers.
      • Knowledge of electronic invoicing integrations, including Thomson Reuters ONESOURCE DFe or similar solutions.
      • Experience configuring SD tax processes, including tax condition types, tax codes, and customer/material tax classifications.
      • Knowledge of SAP processes related to consumption tax reforms, including IBS, CBS, and Imposto Seletivo requirements.
      • Functional ABAP debugging knowledge for diagnosis and troubleshooting purposes.
      • Familiarity with SAP Fiori applications related to SD/O2C and basic Fiori Launchpad navigation or configuration.
      • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with business teams, technical teams, and international stakeholders.
      • Experience working in AMS environments focused on support, small improvements, and root cause resolution.
      • Conversational Spanish proficiency (minimum B1/B2) for interaction with Spanish-speaking teams.
      • English proficiency for technical documentation reading is desirable.
      • Experience with Latin American electronic invoicing processes, SAP SD multi-country rollouts, SAP SD certification, or structured support environments (ITIL, ServiceNow, or similar) is a plus.
