Accountabilities:

    • Lead and manage quota-carrying client and senior client managers, ensuring consistent performance, coaching, and execution across assigned public sector markets.
    • Define and execute regional go-to-market strategies aligned with organizational objectives and tailored to federal, state, local government, and education clients.
    • Drive sales planning, target setting, forecasting, and performance management to ensure achievement of revenue and growth objectives.
    • Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships with public sector stakeholders, vendors, and strategic partners to expand business opportunities.
    • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across sales, solutions, legal, compliance, and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of client engagements.
    • Oversee sales operations, budgets, and reporting, ensuring disciplined execution and alignment with organizational policies and standards.
    • Foster a high-performance, collaborative sales culture focused on accountability, innovation, and customer-centric execution.
    • Requirements:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
      • Extensive experience in sales leadership roles within enterprise technology, IT services, or similar complex environments.
      • Proven track record managing quota-bearing teams and driving consistent revenue performance in public sector markets.
      • Strong understanding of government procurement cycles, compliance requirements, and public sector buying processes.
      • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute complex go-to-market strategies in highly matrixed organizations.
      • Excellent leadership, coaching, and talent development skills with the ability to inspire high-performing teams.
      • Strong business acumen with expertise in sales forecasting, financial performance management, and strategic planning.
      • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and build trusted advisory relationships at executive level.
      • Nice to have: experience within global technology services organizations or large-scale digital transformation environments.
